Legacy System Repair & Support

Many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) discontinue support after a system reaches end-of-life status. Atomic LVL steps in to extend the life of your deposition equipment by offering expert service, repairs, and replacement parts for the following unsupported systems:

Denton Vacuum Systems older than 15 years are no longer supported, including the Denton Desk II and DV-502A. Denton Vacuum’s official EOL policy (question – How long does Denton support systems after purchase?)
Cressington 308R Desktop Modular Coating System and 328UHR Ultra High Resolution EM Coating System have been discontinued and are no longer supported. View Cressington’s support information.
Emitech K550 and K575 Sputter Coaters are no longer supported by the OEM. See Quorum Technologies’ product support list
